Our church is a very beautiful place in which to be married and 
we are delighted to share it on a special day. We are always so pleased when people choose to be married in church.
You do not have to be a regular church–goer or be baptised to be married in church, but certain qualifying connections are required. These will be discussed with each couple either when they go for their initial meeting with a member of the clergy.
As well as the marriage service itself, we can offer you a small choir, organist, bells, a flower arranger and a verger (someone who helps on the day to keep your service running smoothly). We will help you choose the music, Bible readings, prayers and help you organise the whole service. You will have several meetings beforehand and a rehearsal so that you feel really comfortable on the day.
We will also advise you on where and when your Banns are read and any other technical details that might be required.
